2013 Tournament

Alister MacKenzie Golf Tournament to save Sharp Park a huge success!

On Saturday, June 22, approximately 260 golfers converged on Sharp Park golf course in Pacifica, CA to participate in the 2nd annual Alister MacKenzie Golf Tournament to save Sharp Park. The weather was perfect and the course was in great shape. There was a morning and afternoon shotgun start, with groups playing a scratch Texas Scramble format. The winning score of 59 (13 under par) was achieved by four separate groups, including one led by soon to be 93 year old Frank D. (Sandy) Tatum. Great fun was had by all. Proceeds from the tournament benefit San Francisco Public Golf Alliance (SFPGA).
